Dr. Megha is a seasoned and compassionate Ayurveda practitioner with 18 years of experience in diagnosing health conditions and creating effective treatment plans. She holds an M.D. in Panchkarma and a B.A.M.S. in Ayurveda, alongside certification as a Yoga Teacher from Arogya Yogshala, accredited by Yoga Alliance USA.

Dr. Megha founded Sara Ayurveda in Karnataka and Goa, where she serves as Chief Consultant, expertly managing her team and ensuring patients receive comprehensive care. Additionally, she practices in Goa, extending her reach and providing Ayurvedic care to a broader community. Over the years, she has consulted with patients from all over the world, bringing the benefits of Ayurveda to an international audience.

An influential educator, Dr. Megha has served as a guest lecturer at the All India Institute Of Local Self Government institute and holds the position of Assistant Professor, Lecturer, and Consultant at SBG Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital . Her dedication to teaching has inspired many students to pursue careers in Ayurveda.
