Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order before 11am of the next working day from when you placed your order

As we ship out products at 11am we cannot issue a cancellation once a product has been shipped

Additionally, for first time customers, 15% of the payment is not refunded upon cancellation to compensate for our gateway charges and time of our sales team
