The right to be informed about the quality, quantity, potency, purity, standard and price of goods or services, as the case may be so as to protect the consumer against unfair trade practices

Again, like the certification ensures this and things like quantity we promise, you buy 1 you get 1, you buy 2 you get 2, you buy 3 you get 4 (Yes, on 3 tinctures 4th one is free). You will always get the product you order, no reason for it to be otherwise you know. In the event you do not get the product you ordered, you will be issued a 100% Refund.

The right to be assured, wherever possible, access to a variety of goods and services at competitive prices

You can verify this yourself by checking our Brands’s websites and converting their Product cost + Shipping cost into rupees. We receive a 25% commission off the sale and hence we dont need to increase product price. so the pricing is the minimum price you can purchase at. We have a range of suppliers, this assures you get a variety of options and can choose the best one suited for you.

The right to be heard and to be assured that consumer’s interest will receive due consideration at appropriate forums

Yes you can directly contact with any complaints you have. All emails received on our official email are viewed by members of our parent company Indus Dreaming Pvt Ltd and Allied Indus Enterprises. The right to seek redressal against unfair trade practices or restrictive trade practices or unscrupulous exploitation of consumers 

If any customer feels they are being exploited by us, we operate with a GST and IE code and if you file a case in consumer courts and your case is legit then like any other company we will have to face legal consequences under the court of law, unfair trade practices? Do we give better prices and quality than our competition? Oh yes. Sorry for that :)
