How to consume:
Apply a few drops directly on the affected area
Mix 5 drops with a spoon of pure Aloe Vera gel and apply on the affected area
Take a minimum of 4 drops 4 times a day directly into your mouth (ensure the dropper doesn't touch any part of the mouth or the hands)
Mix with your favoutite drink or beverage - 4 drops x 4 times a day, or more if necessary.
Repeat as necessary
