Vigyan Bhairav Tantra:

Vigyan Bhairav Tantra is an ancient text that offers numerous techniques for meditation and self-exploration. Dance and movements:

Dance and movements in Tantra are seen as forms of expression that release energy and emotions. Participants engage in ecstatic dance sessions and free-flowing movements, which help to embody spiritual teachings, fostering joy, liberation, and a deeper connection with oneself and the universe.

Kirtans and Temple Visits:

Kirtans involve singing devotional hymns and mantras, creating a sacred atmosphere of community and connection to the divine. Facilitator:

 Dhyan Samya is a Certified tantra teachers from Tantra Essence and has undergone extensive training and is in the field of tantra community for over a decade, which have equipped her with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to hold an authentic space for transformation.
