Direction for use:

Begin with a low dose to allow your body to adjust. Start with 2drops/0.05ml

Administration: Take sublingually (under the tongue) after food.

Timing: Consume 30-45 minutes before sleep.

Titration: Gradually increase the dose in small increments until optimal results are achieved

Do not exceed recommended dose without consulting your healthcare provider
