ACCOMMODATION

Arrival by airplane
The closest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), approximately 1.5 hours from Ubud. Airport transfer can be arranged at £20 per taxi and assistance in organising taxi shares amongst participants will be provided upon sign up.
FOOD
You'll be offered morning simple fruit and herbal tea for a light start after practice and a wholesome buffet lunch after our workshops and light dinner before our evening meditations.
You'll be served delicious and freshly prepared vegan, vegetarian, and largely gluten/lactose-free meals that are both healthy and satisfying. The guest chef, Wayan, brings his experience from Bali’s five-star hotels to create simple, flavorful dishes using fresh, local ingredients. Each meal is carefully prepared to be nutritious and full of natural goodness. Whether you’re enjoying a colorful salad, a hearty curry, or a creative plant-based dish, you’ll find that the food is deeply nourishing and incredibly tasty.

Weekly Overview
Enjoy four unique programs each week to explore the diversity of holistic wellbeing practices and feel yourself transitioning and transforming through the seasons with Yamuna, Lolly, Anna and Amit.
Week 1 - Spring Jnana - Slow Somatic Enquiry
Spring week is a gentle start with the focus on Self Enquiry and mind body re-connection practices. You'll move through foundational breath recovery work, ultra slow clinical somatics, therapeutic yoga practices and guided meditations centred on the interceptive experience and self enquiry. You'll study the philosophy of Self and fundamental body awareness lectures on your breath, spine and digestive health.
Week 2 - Summer Karma - Dynamic Flow and Right Action
Summer week is an invigorating and enjoyable challenge with a focus on right action. You'll move through powerful purifying Yogic abdominal Kriyas and mindful dynamic Vinyasa Yoga practice. Playful workshops will help you open your body more deeply and guided meditations will help you to cultivate a more wholesome and open mindset. You'll study philosophy on karma on right action, wholesome inner and outer conduct and cultivate the wholesome states of being, You'll learn the functional biomechanics for your feet, knees, hips and shoulders for better body awareness and habits.
Week 3 - Autumn Bhakti - Restorative surrender and devotion
Autumn week will then guide you to self sooth and calm your nervous system with the focus on surrender and devotion. You'll be guided through more subtle pranayama practices, Restorative Yin Yoga, Myofascial Roll and Release sessions, devotional vedic Chanting and Song Circles. You'll enjoy lectures on fascia and the myofascial trains in relation to your meridian energy lines, organs and emotional expression,Yin Yang theory of balance and the importance of devotional practices for spiritual wellbeing.
Week 4 - Winter Raja - inner focus, subtle energy and transformation
Winter week culminates in more stillness, subtle energy work and mind mastery. You'll move through Chakra specific visualizations, affirmations, breathing practices, Hatha postures with subtle inner awareness, Mudras, Chakra seed sound chanting and guided meditations to balance each energy centre. Each day you'll learn about each chakra and the anatomical and psycho-somatic implications, imbalances and how to bring better balance and expression.

*Be sure to check if you are eligible for a 30 day visa on arrival to Bali and plan to arrive on the 1st April and depart on 30th April.
*You can also apply for a visa at least a week before you leave on the Indonesian immigration website. You will find options to apply for a multiple-entry visa or a 60-day visa. The process is online and simple.
