Enjoy nourishing, satvic meals hygienically prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Our menu is designed to support your practice and promote your overall well-being. Our house kitchen is equipped with experienced chefs who have years of experience in preparing Indian healthy foods like Satvik Kichdi, protein rich poha, fermented foods like idli, dosa, fresh salads, and we also have gluten free alternatives. All our ingredients – spices, vegetables and flours are locally sourced, which means fresher and more nutritious food that supports local farmers and has a lower carbon footprint on the environment.
We have comfortable accommodation options ranging from shared rooms to private rooms, equipped with amenities to elevate your Aerial Yoga experience.
