Our upcoming Breathwork Intensive Retreat starting on May 8th is not just a powerful self-exploration experience, but also the 1st part of a facilitator training!

The retreat constitute the 1st Module, which is all about creating a personal connection with the practice of breathwork, as we believe facilitators should first be experienced practitioners.

Module 2 will follow May 30th and will be focusing on 1-on-1 breathwork facilitation.

Our aim is to train facilitators who are aware of trauma dynamics in breathwork and know how to handle situation related to it in a safe and compassionate way. This will also be a multi-style training where rather than focusing on one breathing technique you'll get to explore a variety of them for different purposes: functional breathing (how to breath properly), relaxation, emotional release and much more!

Our Breathwork Intensive Retreat is anchored in three transformative pillars: Yoga, Trauma Healing, and Plant Medicines, each playing a critical role in guiding participants towards self-discovery and healing.

Yoga, the first pillar, transcends physical practice, aiming for a holistic integration of body, mind, and spirit. The retreat leverages yoga to enhance awareness and enrich breathwork sessions. What’s Included

Included in the Retreat:

A Full Program: The retreat features 7 Days of two sessions daily each lasting between 3 – 4 hours, covering a wide range of practices. Each day the retreat will be from 8 AM – 6 PM, with couple days extending a little longer. 

Plant Medicine Ceremonies: Participants will engage in three significant plant medicine journeys.

Lunch/ Refreshments: Daily Lunch & light refreshments will be available during all sessions.

Personal Guidance: Attendees will receive dedicated support and guidance throughout the retreat.

Integration: Attendees will receive guidance and support with the integration process.

Excluded:

Lodging: This retreat does not include accommodation as it is a non-residential program. However, recommendations for convenient lodging options within walking distance can be provided upon request.

Meals: The retreat does not cover meals, except for daily lunch & light fruits and tea during sessions.
