Facilitator
Vrinda—corporate-lawyer-turned-wellness coach—has hosted 10+ sold-out retreats worldwide. She curates experiences blending nature, community, movement, and mindfulness; her retreats welcome all levels and ages. Specializations include pre/postnatal, hatha, and ashtanga yoga; she also holds a degree in nutrition and practices Animal Flow, teaching a global clientele virtually.
