There’s nothing quite like it, being more independent and engaged towards your choices in life, leading a more healthy lifestyle, nurturing the little things in life as they go along and cherishing the moments as they pass through, mindfully.
I truly believe that Yoga is an intense relationship, built between the body, the mind and the soul. Yoga is an art. Yoga is freedom and release. I am here to help people find this release so that they can comfortably move their bodies through life.
Yoga has been an immense part of my life and I have been practising it for over 13 years. My journey has taught me a lot. Practising Yoga has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to cease the moment and live more mindfully.
Over these years, I have travelled to 38 countries around the world, and have gained vast experience living with different cultures. Constantly learning Psychology, Yoga, Philosophy and health nutrition is part of my passion. I also worked as a yoga teacher/ stewardess on private yachts. One of my most interesting endeavours was working for the Royal family of Dubai on their yacht.
I also have been trained at the Art of Living organisation. During my time there, I learnt and gained knowledge about the importance of breathing techniques.
I truly believe that it's a time for a change now and I'd love to share my passion with you online. I would love to see you grow with the help of Yoga Asanas and experience and understand the true meaning of them.
I always care about my students, and would love to design a course that would address and achieve your needs. So even if you're an absolute beginner or someone that is looking for peace-redemption through yoga and meditation, you need not worry as I would love to help you with that as we walk this path together.
