Method
To make cordyceps tea, add 1 to 2 grams of cordyceps and boil it for 5 to 8 minutes. Once the boiling is done let it cool down for a minute. To discover the delicate subtlety of cordyceps tea and get the most nutrients out of the fruit bodies always follow the instructions and feel free to experiment with time or temperature when you get accustomed to the tea. Higher temperature, larger amounts of fruiting bodies and longer steeping time will result in a stronger infusion with more astringency. You can add sugar or honey to your tea, but we suggest trying it straight to enjoy it to the fullest.
